About a week ago, one of the defenders of the Sunnah in Bosnia died in a car accident, 40 years old. He was dedicated to Da’wah and he is a great loss for the Bosnian Muslim community and the Ummah as a whole. Here is a photo of the Shaykh (rahimahullah):

He studied at the Islamic University in Medina and engaged in Da’wah after returning to Bosnia. This of course earned him a few enemies from amongst the secularists and ahl al-bid’ah. But, as Shaykh Yasir Qadhi wrote in an article:
As some of the salaf said: The criterion between the person of sunnah and the person of bida’ah is the janaazah; meaning that Allah az wa jal blesses the scholar of the sunnah to have many people pray for his forgiveness.
His Janazah was attended by over 3 000 people (another source states there were between 6 000 to 10 000 people), masha Allah.

May Allah grant the Shaykh a place in Jannatul Firdaus… this picture only shows noor on this shaykh’s face.
